7. Final salary leads

Where Defined Benefit/Final Salary Pension Transfer enquiries are submitted, no government-funded pension schemes will be advised on. This includes, but is not limited to, Royal Mail, NHS, armed forces, civil services, firefighters, police, and teachers.

Certain pension advisors aren’t able to advise on some pension scheme providers, for example British Steel pension schemes. Where this is the case, and we are informed, we will endeavour to connect you with a specialist who can advise you further. Unfortunately, due to the complex nature of defined benefit/final salary pension transfers, this may not always be possible.

8. Vouchers

Your voucher will be sent to you electronically using the email address provided. You’re eligible to receive your voucher once you’ve had your initial consultation with the financial advisor we connect you with.

We’ll confirm contact with the advisor, and your initial consultation after 28 days from your initial consultation. This is the advisor’s legal allowable time for them to be in first contact with you.

Once your initial consultation attendance has been confirmed, your voucher will be dispatched.

Vouchers will not be paid on mortgage, debt, equity release, or final salary transfer enquiries.

9. Referrals

Occasionally we run referral campaigns with vouchers offered to referees and referrers.

These vouchers will be issued to both parties once initial consultation attendance has been confirmed between the referee and a partner financial adviser.

The same terms and conditions from section 7: 'Vouchers' apply to any referral campaign.

In the case of prize draws, prizes will only drawn after a minimum number of entrants is reached.
